CARMEN VINCENTE SERRANO, LLM

Before joining Red Frog's team as Legal Director last May 2006, Carmen worked as the head of the corporate department of reputable Panamanian law firm handling real estate transactions, contract law and commercial matters in general. With twelve years of legal experience behind her, Carmen also specializes in Maritime Law, having worked in the Panama Maritime Authority and in a Lloyd's Agency in Manila, Philippines. She also currently teaches Maritime Law subjects to LLM students in the University of Santa Maria la Antigua (USMA) in Panama. Carmen has a Law Degree from USMA, a master's degree (LLM) from Cardiff University, United Kingdom, in "Legal Aspects of Marine Affairs," and an MBA from ULACIT, Panama. As the head of our internal legal team, Carmen finds her job both challenging and motivating since it is her duty to supervise all legal affairs affecting the different facets of the company and the project as it develops.JUAN SILVERA
FINANCIAL ADVISOR
Juan Silvera is the Financial Advisor for Pillar Panama S.A. and is responsible for all of the financial matters related to the company in the Republic of Panama, including banking, budgeting, reporting and auditing. He has recently completed a 34 year banking career with such banks as Bank of America and Credicorp Bank and is a very valuable member of the team.Juan is a Panamanian and a U.S. educated professional and business man. Juan also has over 22 years of extensive experience in the real estate development field as he has wholly owned 5 condominium projects including Condado Plaza, an 18 story building with 63 units in Panama City. He has also been a partner and involved in the planning and development of 4 other condominium projects including Playa Serena, a resort type beach front complex with 3 buildings and 196 units Panama.
With his outstanding financial abilities, his important development experience and his countless local connections, Juan continues to be a key expert in pushing the Red Frog Beach project forward.

Founder and active partner of Landmark Developers; directly involved with all business and financial decisions in the company. Besides Landmark, Mr. Chevalier is Principal of Coldwell Banker Panama, and President and Chairman of Coldwell Banker Central America. He spent five years as CEO at Aseguradora Mundial, where throughout his tenure the company became the largest insurance company in Central America. He has a proven track record of success, with over 15 years in the insurance industry, and he is very well known within the Panamanian community. Mr. Chevalier has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Insurance from Drake University, Des Moines - Iowa and a Master's Degree of Business Administration (MBA) from ULACIT, Panama City - Panama.DANIEL CRANNEY

Dan Cranney is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Red Frog Beach. Dan is actively working to support the sustainable tourism growth on Isla Bastimentos to retirees, resort guests, and boaters. Previously, Dan helped launch a successful technology company (Agemni.com) and worked for a Biotech Company (Ortho Development) as a product manager of neurosurgical products. For the last four years Dan has introduced clients and investors to Red Frog Beach and helped individuals understand the many amenities in Bocas Del Toro and Panama has to offer. Dan received his MPA degree from Texas A&M University and MBA degree from W Texas A&M University.
