Panama Property: Island Villas, Lots, Residence Clubs and Marina Slips

Red Frog Beach is an emerging Panama beach resort that offers Bocas del Toro real estate that combines an abundance of Island and Rainforest amenities. The Bocas del Toro archipelago is home to some of the most stunning scenery in the Caribbean and Isla Bastimentos is uniquely positioned to captivate both the beach lover or eco-enthusiast. Rainforest hikes, beachcombing walks, kayaking and exploring the colorful Caribbean coastline are all part of the equation of why this is the best location for Bocas real estate.

This Panama Beach Resort is currently under construction and has already implemented island infrastructure such as spring fed drinking water, power generation and internet. Currently there exist a number of great amenities such as a Hilltop Restaurant, beach bar, marina, and more. Red Frog Beach has completed Villas, 1/2 Acre Lots, Residence Club Units, and Marina Slips for sale. These Villas feature private plunge pools, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and expansive patios with full or partial Caribbean views. Most Villas sleep 6-8 comfortably and have direct access to beaches and a variety of natural amenities.

We feel that our project's "Natural Amenities" are the most compelling feature of our development. There is something for everyone at the Red Frog Beach project and we hope that you will take the opportunity to explore this unique island property.

Bocas Real Estate

Bocas del Toro real estate is the most desired property in all of Panama for good reason. Its crystal clear waters, rich Caribbean culture, abundant dining opportunities and laid back atmosphere all contribute to the fact that Bocas del Toro real estate is in the process of being discovered. Bocas del Toro is located only 30 miles from the Costa Rica boarder and the beach-island-rainforest appeal has resulted in many American, European and South American expats choosing to purchase Panama real estate in the area and call the region home. The Bocas del Toro archipelago is regarded as having the finest beaches in Panama and there are few places left in the world where you can enjoy gorgeous beaches with hardly a soul in sight. Many of these beaches are fringed with rainforests and Red Frog Beach is the perfect location that combines beach and rainforest scenery in a exotic Caribbean setting.

Bocas del Toro is also fortunate to be blessed by the fact that no hurricanes ever touch these islands. For Bocas real estate owners, boaters, yachters, and sailors this keeps insurance premiums down and contributes to the likely growth in tourism and relocation to the region. As in all of Panama, the currency is the US dollar and in Bocas you will find that many of the local people speak English. International travelers have only recently discovered Bocas del Toro real estate and it is for this very reason that much of the archipelago remains pristine and untouched. It is frequently commented that Bocas real estate reminds visitors of "Hawaii or Key West in the 1950's."

Bocas del Toro real estate owners are also well served by a number of service and transportation options that facilitate movement to and around the Bocas del Toro region including Marina services. The main outpost on the archipelago is Bocas Town which is located on the southeastern tip of Isla Colón. Bocas Del Toro Town is easily reached by land, sea or air. Flights from Panama City to Bocas Del Toro are offered by the Panamanian airlines Air Panama and Air Perlas. These domestic airlines provide several daily flights from Panama City to Bocas and it seems that service continues to expand on a yearly basis. Water taxis abound in the region and it is about a ten minute boat ride to Bastimentos from the town of Bocas. The Caribbean community of Bocas del Toro also provides services and infrastructure and the town boasts paved streets, potable water, hotels, restaurants and additional services such as internet, cable TV, a hospital with ambulance service and a fire department.

Bastimentos Island has the region's best beaches- wide, straw colored strands with those impossible aquamarine waters. Red Frog beach is the most accessible and it is named after the diminutive red frogs that are abundant in the undergrowth around the beach and throughout the island. The jungle that frames these beaches is as special as these beaches. Verdant, lush and with a fantastically diverse ecosystem, it is no surprise that the preserves in the region have been named a world heritage site. The din of birdcalls and cicadas can be heard on the beach and the walking trails on the island and the sight of pelicans and frigate birds lazily wheel above adds a peaceful backdrop to warm waters of the Caribbean. Bastimentos island has additional attractions that render it well worth the 10 minute boat from Bocas town. The leeward side of the island enjoys smooth glass like waters that are dotted by mangrove stands.

Panama Real Estate

It is no secret that Panama real estate has become sought after beach property given its location, natural beauty and strong economic outlook. Within the Central American region, Panama real estate outperforms in so many ways Costa Rica, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Colombia. Visitors that take a Panama Vacation can enjoy cosmopolitan Panama City, colonial era ruins, expansive white sand beaches in Bocas Del Toro, cool mountain highlands, tour the Panama Canal and pristine rainforest ecosystems. Those looking to capitalize on Panama's long-term growth prospects are taking advantage of current Panama real estate investment opportunities. Foreign investors wanting to buy Panama real estate have the same rights as Panamanians and property is generally titled. Title insurance can be purchased and traditional mortgages are readily available through sophisticated international banks.

Something that is making Panama Real Estate and its beach property so attractive is that it continues to develop as not only a vacation destination but also as an attractive destination for retirees and investors, similar to what Costa Rica has already experienced. A comprehensive incentive program for retirees is available and many retirees are taking advantage of the lower cost of living and year round average temperatures of about 80 degrees. For foreign investors looking at Panama real estate, the US dollar based economy, Free Trade Zone, and international banking center are all attributes to consider. Major banks such as HSBC, Scotia Bank and Citibank all have established franchises in Panama. It is frequently said that Panama has aspirations to be the "Singapore" of the region and with its inherent assets, location, economic and political stability, Panama Real Estate is likely to be a terrific investment for long-term investors.

The final result of this Panama Beach Resort in Bocas Del Toro will be over 168 acres, nearly 1 mile of beachfront, and 500 meters of seafront. Red Frog Beach will eventually include over 110 villas, a beach club, spa, workout facility, canopy zip line, nature trails, and restaurants.
